Peahi Education Group (PEG) focuses on the support and enhancement of educational opportunities for Hawaiian and Hawaiian-minded youth through community partnerships, schools, and professional development of educators by perpetuating healthy cultural knowledge.
PEG's Mission:
Collect & network interested agencies, programs and grassroots organization to form collaborative partnerships that will work together to expand and enhance services to under-served people in their communities;
Advocate for the educational opportunities of culturally diverse youth through partnerships and overall development of stakeholders in the local community by perpetuating healthy cultural knowledge;
Implement, grow and sustain a variety of programs that will address the needs of the under-served people in the community;
PEG's Location & Resources:
Our main office is located in Waimea on Hawai`i Island;
PEG's leadership and core team of stakeholders and partnerships include schools, other non-profit organizations (Statewide and elsewhere in the continent US);
PEG's goal is to be instrumental in providing frequent training opportunities and programs to clientele of the Hawaiian-minded community in health, education, and multi-generational-related entities.
